Agenda For
2005-2006
The Executive Committee of the Lithuanian American Community, Los Angeles
Chapter, plans to create a website that will serve arriving Lithuanians,
welcoming them to Southern California and offering them advice, services
and information about life in LA. This website should become a launch-pad
for an information center staffed and open at particular hours, where
Lithuanians could learn more about setting up their household and making a
living or doing business in Southern California.
A new event for 2005 will be the Lithuanian Business Conference, set for
October 8th - 9th at St. Casimir's Parish Hall. We cordially invite all
Lithuanian-Americans to attend. We urge Lithuanian businesspeople or
people with experience in business who are willing to share their
experiences, would like to meet other Lithuanian-American business people
or contribute to the conference in any way to contact the Executive
Committee at info@LosAngelesLB.com.

These new projects aside, the Executive Committee of the Lithuanian
American Community, Los Angeles Chapter, invites all Angelenos to attend
the annual LA Lithuanian Fair on October 1st - 2nd on St. Casimir's Parish
grounds in Los Feliz. The Committee also will continue its tradition of
bringing to Southern California the best of Lithuanian visual and
performing arts, promoting Lithuanian culture and community interests
throughout Los Angeles.
